NEXT STEP
As NEXT Delft is fully let and we want to keep on facilitating the growth of the current scale-ups and accommodate new tech companies, we are developing NEXT phase II.
NEXT phase I is approx. 10.000 sqm, but with phase II we are creating another 10.000 sqm of officespace, makerlabs and communityspace. Designed as one building but build in two phases.
Ready at the end of 2025 with the same features, look and feel and technical specs as phase I.
